DESCRIPTION
Made with certified organic Ecuadorian cacao beans, this deodorized cacao butter is used in recipes when you don't want to add the strong cacao flavor and aroma of natural cacao butter. Widely used in the cosmetic industry, it is great for creams and balms, as well as any recipe that requires the blending of flavors.
Cocoa butter is normally hard at room temperature and melts at body temperature. To soften it, simply microwave it shortly before use.

Therefore, our products are shipped everywhere without refrigeration regardless of weather conditions.
This, however, can cause FAT BLOOM and some melting together in some cases. BUT THIS WILL NOT AFFECT THE USABILITY of these ingredients. For that, we do not refund, exchange, or accept claims based on fat blooming, melting, or the appearance of the products. Otherwise, we would not be able to deliver products during warm weather.
Please note that fat bloom looks like greyish/whitish lines or spots on the chocolate/paste. It also has a sandy/crumbley texture. Once re-melted, it can be tempered again and can be used without any difference.
COLLECTION OF TAXES (VAT):
Taxes are calculated based on the shipping address according to each country's VAT rate.
Please be advised that taxes will be collected as follows:
a) If you are in the Netherlands, we will always have to collect taxes.
b) If you are in any other country of the European Union besides the Netherlands, and you do NOT have a valid VAT number for your business, we will have to collect taxes according to the rate of your country.
c) If you are in any other country of the European Union besides the Netherlands, and you DO have a valid VAT number for your business, please add it in the left bottom field at the check out. We will verify the validity, and we will not collect taxes in that case.
e) If the delivery address is outside from the European Union, we will not collect taxes.
