Shipping, Cancellations and Refunds
All customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the shipping addresses. Additionally, they are responsible to have someone available to accept delivery. We do not ship out on Saturdays, Sundays and the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If customer or his representative is not available to accept delivery, then all guarantees are null and void.
All orders are to be received no later than 3 P.M. one day prior to shipment. Orders can be delivered throughout the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. No delivery is available to PO Box numbers and APO boxes. Standard shipping is FEDEX ground or Home Delivery. Express shipment is available with and additional cost (rated at the check out), but orders need to be placed Mon-Fri before 2 pm to be shipped out the same day.
Cancellations and Returns
CocoaSupply.com will refund in full any order that has been cancelled in writing to email@example.com before the package has been shipped. Please note that packages ordered before 3pm usually ship the same day. We cannot guarantee that any voicemails left will be heard before the shipments go out. Thus, only written cancellations to our e-mail will be accepted for this.
If the order has been cancelled after the package has left our warehouse and not reached its destination yet, we will attempt to intercept the package with the carrier. Any charges resulting form this cancellation, or the shipment itself will be deducted from the total, and the balance will be refunded to the customer once the package arrives back in our facility.
If the package has reached its destination, the customer should e-mail us and we will provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA). We will only accept wrongly shipped items or UNOPENED containers, as for obvious reasons we would not be able to reuse any opened returned items. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost UNLESS the item shipped was wrong due to Cocoa Supply's mistake. Opened containers are not accepted.
Any refunds will be made to the same credit card used for the purchase of the order.
