Nicaraguan Beans - Nueva Waslala - 3KG
We sourced these flavorful cacao beans from the remote region of Matagalpa in Nicaragua. The small co-op we worked with had never been able to export themselves. With our help, we were able to help to acquire all the permits and guided them through the procedures to be able to bring this hidden gem to you.
The flavor profile of these beans is a strong cacao flavor, fruity with some floral hints.

Please note that only the 25 kg bags are Organic Certified. The 3 kg bags are made with the organic certified beans, but lose the certification due to the repacking.
