After a while, he gave up, and decided to give a friend of his, a small farmer nearby, some plants. This farmer became fascinated with the cultivation and process of this wonderful plant. As his production increased, and his techniques improved, locals started to buy his vanilla, and he soon expanded to provide bakeries and small manufacturers. Now, available in Europe and North America, these vanilla beans are a delight for everyone around the world.
